Health notes


I went to my new doctor today, McIlvaine.
I weighed 173 pounds. 2 years ago I weighed 159. She wants me to lose 1-2 pounds a week until I lose 15 pounds. She wants me to put in 150 minutes per week of exercise, beyond what I normally do at work and home.

Do you have a step tracker? I find them motivating.

No I use the "map my walk" app on my phone before running or going on a long walk--it definitely is motivating to see the data.
